    Post Immigration Advice needed

    Hello,

    I'm trying to get my kids here, both under 17 to be with us in our last months in New Zealand but I am on a Student Visa which is privately funded and my husband is on a Family Stream Work Visa. As it says on the Immigration NZ page, only children of Student Visa holders with a NZ funded scholarship or a PHd course can have student visas. We are trying to get them here over the Christmas from TONGA and keep them here for the remainder of my course which is May 2017 but don't know which visa to apply for... Please help!

    Apply for them as dependent children of your husband, the work visa holder.
