    Default Bank account for IRD number and salary

    Hello. I have a question about bank account for IRD number and salary. I wonder if they have to be same account. e.g., in a case of ANZ bank, "Go account for IRD, On line account for Salary" Is that okay..?

    yes they have same account because the bank account you gave to your employer will be correlated to your IRD account. so IRD can deduct your tax from your bank account, where your employer deposit for your weekly, fortnightly, monthly salary
