Website which shows actual sale prices of houses in Wellington

Is there any way I can see the prices at which the houses with addresses have actually sold for in the last few weeks in Wellington City and Lower Hutt

Pretty accurate as they have the sale of my neighbour's there which sold 3 months ago

I was not ticking show the previous sales on this website and hence not getting the desired results

I seems quite accurate as I've checked my area, the recent sales that I know about (it had a few I didn't know)... and its valuation for my property!

As the website itself says, its only a start point for a proper valuation.

If you want to understand which areas to start looking into then maybe this website would be a better start point http://affordability.org.nz/ before it or http://www.realestate.co.nz/

I looked around Auckland (North Shore). Pretty good estimates.

Check out the trade me property app. It shows sold prices per map view. Though I think the earliest any price is publicised is 3 months from sale from my research.
