Hi there

Is entire Karori cold damp and foggy ?

I am getting a good house on Richmond Avenue in Karori

I wanted the opinion of members on the location from health point of view

I dont want to buy in an area which causes asthama or requires all 24 hours running of dehumidifiers in every room throughout winters and when it rains
