Apply for Resident visa with job offer

Hi there,

I'm going to apply for resident visa, below is my point, please correct me if I wrong

I'm 28 - 30 point

Has a job offer (position: chef ) - 50 point

Has certificate level 5 (culinary arts) - 40 point

My partner has level 7 (full IQA) - 20 point

total 140 points

We are both have good health and clean police certificate.

is there any change for me to get a resident visa? Is there anyone has applied for a resident visa as a chef with a job offer?

yes, i have applied as a chef and i am waiting for case officer's decision regarding my application. Have a good luck

Yes, there are many forum members who have got their visa as a chef. The thing to watch out for is that your job description matches the one at ANZSCO as closely as possible. The people who get refused are the ones not having full chef responsibilities, their job being more limited, like a fast food cook.

If u hv a skilled job offer then u need 100 points...
No need to add your partner's qualification...
