SMC Visa application help - ANZSCO job description

Hi there, I'm new to the forum but have been greatly encouraged by the responses I've seen here on issues and how helpful you all have been. I only hope that with your advice I can make progress in my application

I am asking on behalf of my girlfriend who is attempting to apply under this category on her own. She has just been promoted to being a personal banker in ASB. She has heard that previous people have applied under this category in their personal banker role, and have been successful. However, these were years ago, and these people have already moved on.

We looked through the ANZSCO job titles and noted that they have put personal banker as a bank worker, which does not fit her job description. This is where our trouble is; we do not know which ANZSCO code to use. We have found at least 2 other codes that might fit her as she does half or more of those jobs, but not all of them completely. How do we go about obtaining an accurate ANZSCO code, and how strictly must her job description fit that in the ANZSCO?
We were quite happy when she got this job but now, we are not sure as to how to apply for this; knowing that it will cost about NZD2-3k to initiate this process.

Sorry i have just checked a couple of things and the title that we are looking at is 2223 Financial Investment Advisers and Managers. http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@....E?opendocument

She works as a personal banker in ASB while she does not act on behalf of the clients, she recommends them insurances, credit cards, mortgages, opens accounts, and analyses their financial situation to recommend the services.
