University senior tutor

Hi everyone, My wife got a permanent job in university as Senior tutor her field is Economics. I am filling EoI but i cannot find her field in areas of absolute skills shortage and second she has last six month university lecturer experience in same field but less than 30 hours per week(20 to 25) can we claim for bonus points? We were all time In Auckland

If the job isn't on the LTSSL, then she won't get bonus points, but with a job in place, she won't need them to get over the 100-point threshold to get her EOI selected.

Work experience for less than 30 hours per week is counted on a proportional basis. http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/30571.htm (A thought - was that student-contact time? Did she not get credited any marking and preparation time?)

Is your wife's university not an 'accredited employer' who can fast track a work visa for her and for you?
