Job Offer in New Zealand

Hello Everyone,

I am in process of migrating to New Zealand and waiting to secure a job to start my application. I am a very experienced IT professional with over 8+ years experience in large relational databases. I have applied online for so many places everyone seems not considering overseas applicants. Its really appreciate if someone could provide some useful info about how to get a job offer.

isn't your skill among long term skill shortage list? as far as i know, with this major, even without a job offer you may obtain the required points. i am also planning on moving to new zealand but i am an English teacher which is not listed in long term skill shortage. unfortunately it is essential for me to have a job offer!

I got a job in Nelson as a Software developer while I'm not in New Zealand, so don't give up keep trying!!
