Got job offer in Auckland.

Hi,

I got job offer in Auckland as automotive technician.

I'm married with two kids age 7 and 11 so I'll be going NZ alone to work first.
My plan is to bring in my family in 3 months time,is it a correct move?
Which visa should I apply?
