    Default Residence visa

    I am working with franchise in Telecom industry as a retail manager and from one of our franchise store retail manager residence visa got declined. I am worried that if I will apply for mine might get the same result. Some lawyer are saying the same but some are saying it depends on the application how you explained your duties. Any suggestions guys or have the same situation?

    Franchise roles are always difficult if you don't have control and responsibility for stock, buying , marketing etc. I agree with advice your Adviser if giving.
