help from heavy truck drivers

Hi all
Apologises if this has been asked before.
I'm a truck driver in the UK wanting to live and work in nz, preferably the north island. I'm struggling to find a list of accredited companies that employ from England. Can anyone recommend or know of any companies? Also did you get your job by email and Skype or did you have to travel there in person?
Here's what I know so far
I need an offer of employment to get temporary visa
Visa lasts as long as contract but can be renewed
The employment offer ideally should be from accredited companies
If I chose to go to Christchurch I could get a work to residency visa.
What I'm struggling with is finding accredited
companies
And if there are jobs for someone from England
Any help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated because I'm getting a headache with all the miss leading advice I'm finding online lol
