    Default Can I ask for copy of submitted form?

    can I ask my CO to send me copy of my wife NSC ?
    I remembered situation now that she didn't get visit Visa once (because of lack of documents..not stamped refused)
    I am doubt we rembered and add that or not. my wife thought we did.
    can I ask my CO for a copy to confirm we added that and if not we can send this bit of information to her ?:
