    Question Another question about my manager or HR manager in EOI

    I am working in a company, and I signed the job agreement with HR manager.

    E5. Please provide the following details for the skilled employment listed above.
    Employer contact name (manager)
    Employer's job title/position

    Which manager should be provided in this part, my manager or HR manager?

    You need to give the name of whichever person in the company is in a position to know most about your responsibilities at work. That person will receive the INZ questionnaire, intended to discover if your work role matches the description of your job at ANZSCO, to find out if it can be considered a skilled job. You don't want this kind of questioning to go to someone whose main focus is on office work and pay arrangements. It needs to go to a person who knows about the detail of what you do for the business.

    Thank you very much for your reply. It is very clear that I should provide contact information of my manager for EOI, who I report to.

    what if the manager already resigned from the company?

    He can still write an extra letter for you with all the details he knows, if whoever is now at the company doesn't supply enough information.
