Partnership based essential work visa

Hi guy,

I am holding essential skill work visa. I want to bring my girlfriend to NZ. We have been living together more than 1 year. But when I applied my work visa, because at that time I was not aware of partner relationship, I declared partnership is single. I want to email them. But I am worry they will treat me as "false or misleading information". What should I do now? thanks
