Default Have Medical Certificates rules changed?

I have just applied for a temporary work visa, and as I was granted one under 36months ago, I included my medical cert, which is about 35months old. Today I have an e-mail saying it's not valid, because it was not carried out by an approved doctor on their inz panel, although it was good enough for my last visa!!!

It was on the paper forums, so with my application this time I included photocopies of these forms, which they say now are no longer valid.

Does it make any difference that I am applying from the UK this time, and then last time I applied, and gto granted a work visa was in New Zealand?

Is there anything I can do to resolve this, or will it have to be a new medical?

Answering your question, the rules have not changed to my knowledge.certainly NZ now has panel doctors, but so long as you own medical condition has not changed they should be accepted?

Thanks for that, turns out that it was valid, and they had overlooked it when processing the application.
Visa was granted last week. Happy days!!!
