    hello everyone
    I submit my ita last week under smc cafe manager.
    just would like to know plz the first job description of anzsco
    menu planing with chef.how can I do that plz any suggestions

    I suppose it would mean that you discuss with the chef every so often how the dishes on the menu are selling to the customers, and if some ought to be changed. Or maybe you talk about having a 'today's special', if certain foods are in season.
