Job Employment offer from New zealand employer

I am living in United Kingdom however I am intending to move to Newzealand.
From immigration prospect I can qualify to apply for settlement/work visa if I get a job offer from newzealand. i.e I hit target of all points I need from Immigration point of view.

I am LLB Graduate from UK and currently working for a law firm here. my background is in Legal field. Does anyone can help me to get a job offer from New zealand employer in any law firm or office. I will pay their fee if there is any.

It's illegal in NZ to pay premium fees to get a job.
It's against section 12A of the Wages Protection Act 1983.

If you're a British citizen you can come under Working Holiday programme. It's an open work visa which gives 12 months (extendable to 23 months) so you can search for a job onshore.
