    Default Speeding ticket EOI

Hi guys could you please clear something up for me.
A few days ago I got stopped by police, apparently I didn't notice 80km zone (was driving back home after surfing all day, was really tired) so I was doing 98km/h... got 120$ + 20 points ticket...
Just a week before I applied for EOI and got selected... Now when I got this ticket I started thinking if speeding considered to be driving offence as I also got a ticket for speeding with points about a year ago...
I totally forgot about my first ticket and I didn't put it into my EOI and now I have 2!(
Can it become an issue? If somebody was in a similar situation? Any advise on how to proceed with my application would be appreciated.
    Thank you.

I believe it asks if you have ever been "convicted" of any driving offense, convicted generally means going to court and being found guilty or admitting guilt for criminal charges, what you have are infringement fees, and although there are some that argue these are convictions most people agree they are not. I would have mentioned these in your application but still ticked no to the question, which is what my partner did and had no trouble at all with her application, I have also emailed immigration asking about this and they have said speeding tickets are not convictions, so you should be fine, although if you get the chance to exchange contact with a CO it would not hurt to mention these.

I had 3 speeding tickets and lost my licence for a month prior to residency application and had no problem whatsoever. As long as you pay them it's only an offence.
