    Default Submitting additional tests/report

    Hello everyone on this forum,

maybe one of you can give me some advice on this.

I am currently applying for a temporary visa. Unfortunately the Medical Assessor asked for additional reports. Since the initial medical examinations were performed by an e-Medical Panel physician, I sent the additional reports from a specialist to her so she can add them to my case. Yet she told me she was not able to do that, since the online tool asked her to name the clinic the specialist is working at or the position of the specialist in her clinic, respectively. However the specialist who wrote the report is not working in a clinic but is a resident medical specialist (this is very common in the country I am from).

My panel doctor already wrote INZ an e-mail (I do not know to which address exactly) explaining this problem and also telling them that the doctor I saw is a fully qualified medical specialist. Furthermore she explained she is not practicing in a clinic as well, so she can not refer me to a specific specialist (aka someone working in the same clinic).

My question now is if one of you has an idea what else I can or she can do? In need my visa very soon (I know we all do), so I do not want to waste a single day for my case to go back to the queue. Should I send it to inzhealth@mbie.govt.nz instead or do you thing that would just cause more confusion?

Thank you so much for your help and thanks to the people providing this platform.

thanks a lot for the swift reply. will do that.
just one more question. is it a problem that the specialist is neither working in a clinic nor being affiliated with my panel doctor?
the report is signed, with stamp, header, cryptical medical terms, etc. i only want to make sure the report will not be rejected after being 3 weeks in the queue.
Edit: probably i should ask this question inz health, when i am sending them the report...

    Thank you ChrisMwn again!

no, any recognised specialist can provide a report. There is no requirement for them to be on the approved NZ panel doctors list, nor affiliated in any way with the same
