Awaiting Interview Call

I got CO allocated on 21st June. After sending him pay slips and bank statements he requested some more documents. It been 6 weeks now and I have no update at all. I rang my CO 2 weeks ago and he said that he is unclear of my employment and wants to talk to me regarding my employment and asked for the best time to contact me. After that conversation he disappeared and its been more than 2 weeks now. Is it normal?

My case is very straight forward and I have no idea what is he unclear of.

Any Thoughts?

He got to our website and asked my role on every service offered by us, organization charts and IRD monthly schedule and that's weird. He seems to be a confused kind of personality and have no IT knowledge. He has no idea how IT support system works. I am sure he will be fired one day haha.
