If you call up the ANZSCO description of your job, the CO will be wanting to check that your responsibilities at work mean that you do things to match almost everything on that ANZSCO list. (There isn't a standard set of questions or answers, because people's jobs all differ slightly.) The CO will probably have received answers to a questionnaire about your work from your employer, covering the same point, and will be checking that you are both saying about the same. (Not the exact same words, but that you both agree what you have to do.)

    4. Confirmed if she was audible or not.
    5. Informed that she is going to type whatever I am saying..

(This interview is the CO interview for someone who DOESN'T have a NZ job or offer. Harman01, you won't have to answer this range of questions - yours will be about your job description, and exactly what you have to do day to day at work.)

    Thanks, NZ2016.

Hi J and M thanks. Can you suggest is my Co will ask only questions he asked to my employer or anything other than that else well? If you can share any sample of interview questions asked to employee will be really helpful? i know questions will differ but the trend must be sample...

The CO does not HAVE to interview you, if the information he got from the paperwork and from your employer told him all he needed to know.

Good luck and fingers crossed. ++++++++++++++++++++++
