Which Job Is Good to Get Permanent Residency

Dear Friends
I am going to finish my diploma in business level 7 by next month.If any one have better idea to share which company or job i should have to chose for my future to get work permit and permanent residency.Please Give me suggestion I want setup my life in new zealand and want to become a new zealand chitzen.I have already job at burger king alots of friends told me to this job not going to be help me in my future to get work permit and permanent residency.

Check here http://skillshortages.immigration.govt.nz/, using any jobs that you are going to be qualified to do, and you will see that some of them come up as being on the Long Term Skill Shortage List. Those are the jobs that are the surest path to a visa in the future. Think of it like this - a NZ visa is a kind of swap between the NZ government and a foreign worker, the right to live and work in the country, for a level of skill and knowledge that not many NZers have. So of course a low-skilled job that any school-leaver could do with minimal training is not going to get you a visa: you need to go looking for a responsible, skilled job you wouldn't get if you didn't have your qualification.
