    Default Work visa declined under essential skill category

    Hi! Hope everyone doing good! I had applied work visa under essential skill category which has got declined. I don't know should I appeal and it gonna be worthy. Plz advise me

    What reason did the CO give for declining the application?

    They said it doesn't require retail manager because it based in food court and they said it fits only retail supervisor.. and it is low skilled job.

    then the issue is one of labour market testing. Was the role advertised, listed with WINZ, a skills match report provided?,

    How long did this process took, I mean How long did it take for immigration to tell you that your application has been decline.
