    Is it worth using a visa agent to check and submit application.
    Info from anyone who has with a agent and also without please and any contacts of good agents.

    Hi danchef
    I have also applied as a chef..did not use any agent...its a pretty simple procedure...just keep going the INZ website again and again...
    Keep getting info from this forum on every confusion....
    Make sure evwrything is ok before u press submit button...

    The issue in most cases for 'chefs" is whether there is a substantial match to the tasks as listed on ANZSCO (taking a holistic view) and whether the "chef" "plans and organises the cooking of food in a dining or catering establishment." This can sometimes be difficult where there is a kitchen structure, where there is reporting to a "head chef"

    Hi chris, the job offer i have is for a senoir sous in a 1 hat restaurant, due to the scale of operation and level of standard and also responsability expected in the role : ie menus, traing junior staff would that cover ANZSCO bit.
