USA FBI certificate not original

Guys:

Quick question.

I was informed by immigration officer that my USA FBI police certificate is not original but looks like photocopy. Well I sent out what I got directly from FBI and it may look like photocopy but it is the true original one. I don't know if anybody else has the same issue.

I requested them to double check and verify that.

Assuming this is exactly what you received from FBI, then don't be frightened to tell the case officer so. yes they do just look like copies/printouts in their original form. Tell the CO to refer to a supervisor if they are unsure.

I have not had any CO assigned to me yet. But once assigned I will absolutely request their supervisor to have a check and hope that they will recognize it to be original but not paper copy.
