Default Change job position on essential skill work visa

    Hi
I would like to know if a person wants to change his job position....
    Same employer
    Same place
But want to change his position from junior to senior...
What sort of visa he has to apply?
Is to whole new procedure or just VOC?
What sort of docs need to be submitted with INZ for that?
    And moreoevr
Does employer has to advertise for new position again?
Jandm ur replies are always appreciated.
    Cheers

I don't think you will need to change your visa, and you may very well not need a VOC even, because of a promotion, if the work is in the same general area of skill, and not a big change from what you were already doing. I suggest you notify INZ and ask them what you should do.

    Hi jandm
    Sorry one more ques...
What if there is a condition on visa...
That u may work at "..." position for ".." employer at "..." location?
Does it matter or need to inform INZ?
    Cheers

Almost all work visas have the details of your job on them. So YES, you must inform INZ, like I said. Then they can decide if the change is big enough to need any of those details to be changed, or not.
