Question Partnership Information - Need some Advice

    Hi All,

I Have received and EOI and while trying to collate the documents got stuck at the some of the documents required as part of partnership information. As per the information received I need atleast 3 in point 2

    Point 2 details are below
    1. Joint Tenancy agreement
    2. Joint ownership of a residential property
    3. Joint Mortgage/Loan
    4. Joint Insurance policies
    5. Joint Assets/Liabilities
    6. Bank Statements/Utility Bills

Now we have been married for more than 5 years now. We have a joint account but none of the other documents. Is that going to be a problem or how should I proceed with this.

    Regards
    Brian DSouza

I should think number 5 will work - you almost certainly own things between you. An asset can be anything such as a fridge/freezer, or a car, or smaller household items that either of you has bought for the use of you both, that will show up in your financial records. A joint liability is a loan or purchase over time that you are both responsible for paying off, or an insurance policy involving both of you.
