Work Visa to Resident Visa - interview questions

Hi All

I am trying to help someone who is on work visa, but trying to apply for resident visa. What interview questions are likely to be asked? Anyone who had experienced this?

The INZ CO will be checking to see that the person's responsibilities in their job match up as nearly as possible to the description of the job in the ANZSCO list. For instance, if they are a chef, the CO will be looking at this page http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/abs@....OUP+3513+Chefs - the part under 'Tasks include' - and asking what they do to match every line. They will also have sent the employer a questionnaire, asking the same thing.
