    Currently I'm on a essential skill visa and my JD Sales Representative (Wireless Broad Band Product) Full Time permanent.
    I have 3 years in Sales Experience in New Zealand & posses a Level 6 Business Management & Associate Charted Marketing (NZQA 6) Qualification.

    Question;

    Will I be eligible for PR
    Will my pay be concern, if so please provide me a reference link explaining

    First thing, so as to be sure you see correct information if you look on the INZ website - when you apply under Skilled Migrant Category, the visa you get if successful is Residence, not PR. PR is a different visa you may qualify for after two years as a Resident.

    See here. http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/46411.htm SM7.10.1 tells you the requirements, depending which part of the List of Skilled Occupations your job is in (and you can click through to see the list). It is only for jobs in part C of the list that an actual salary figure is mentioned. However, see also the Note under SM7.15 a v here http://onlineservices.immigration.go...nual/30549.htm.
    Note: To determine whether an offer of employment is skilled, an immigration officer may consider whether the remuneration offered for the position is comparable to the market rate for New Zealand workers in that occupation.
    This means that the CO will check that the pay rate for anyone's job is in the same range as other people doing that kind of job in that area.
