ITA lodgement query

Hi friends, I m about to lodge my ita as 4 months of time is about to end.

1. So just wondering, say if I send my ITA tomorrow, then within how many days it will officially be lodged.
2. Does money cut off from bank account means that it's has been lodged (if so then how many days it will take).

Well, many people here has already been through this stage so if you guys could put some light on this, would be much appreciated.

I can speak for our case :
We sent out by courier our documents and they were delivered physically to London Branch 5 days later on June 30 (deadline date for the lodgement within 4 months was July 02....)
We received an acknowledgement e-mail the same day as the documents reached physically the London branch office, i.e. on June 30 afternoon.
And the lodgement date that appears on line when checking our application is June 30.
Everything was updated on the INZ website around the next working day or so, it was fast.

The 18 GBP fee was cut off from our accounts the day it was received.
The lodgement fee was taken shortly after (2 or 3 days cannot remember exactly)
