Am I eligible for Permanent Residency now?

Hi there,
I have been in Wellington for 4 years and I completed my bachelor of science degree (COMP) at VUW.
I have been working part time (you can say it is around 60-70 hours/week) for a startup company as a programmer & database engineer since April this year and I got my work visa last August
With my condition now, am I eligible to apply for permanent residency?
If not, what kind I requirement that I need to have, as I can discuss this to my employer.

I've been told by my friend that I will also have salary and work hour requirements, I have been looking for it but just could not find it.
Do I actually have these requirements?

I am puzzled at your saying 60 - 70 hours per week is part-time - ! INZ counts 30 hours per week and above as full-time.
