Post Help !! Visitor Visa to Partnership work visa

Hello everyone, I currently holding Visitor Visa and I've been living in NZ 3 months now with my Fiancé. Before I moved here we were in long distance relationship for 1 year. My partner is New Zealander and now we want to apply the Partnership work visa for me. As I know we must living together 1 year to apply the work visa. Any chance that the immigration will approve the Partnership work visa if I apply now? I've submitted the medical check when I apply the Visitor visa, do I need to do it again?? Thanks.

Yes, you can apply for the partner-sponsored work visa. We know from experience that INZ take seriously applications with three months good evidence of living together. https://www.google.co.uk/#q=site:enz...tnership+proof

A4.25 c http://www.immigrationvisa.co.nz/opsmanual/46507.html Your previous medical should be all right for this application.
