    Default Work Visa while SMC is in progress

    Hi ,

    Could you please advise regarding applying for work visa while SMC is in progress?Does the company need to advertise the position for one month to apply for work visa or can we just apply directly ? Please give us some information.

    If the ITA has already been issued in an SMC application based on a skilled job offer, the labour market test does not apply when applying for an Essential Skills visa for that same job. WK2.5.15 a iv here. http://onlineservices.immigration.go...ual/i34501.htm
