I currently study in university via a student visa, it ends in 31/March/2017 and I will graduate at the end of Feb/2017.
The visa indicates I can work full-time during summer vacation and scheduled vacations.
And from Nov/2016, the summer vacation starts, and end in 1/March/2017.
But I have to go to the summer school from 2/Jan/2017 - 28/Feb/2017 to finish my last paper.
Now a company wanna offer me a full-time permanent job which is relevant to my study. From the Nov/2016, and allow me to finish my summer school and hire me afterward.
My question is:
1. Could I take the offer legally now via the student visa?
2. After I graduated next year, After I applied the post study work visa, and before I get that visa, during this timeframe, could I work full-time legally?
3. If I can't take the offer now, how do we make this hiring thing happen? Can we sign a temporay-offer(from Nov/2016 - Jan/2017) first, then a permanment offer after I get my work visa (or just after I graduate)?
