Has anyone recently attempted to send a query through the 'Contact Us' page in the Knowledge Base? The link is: http://kb.immigration.govt.nz/contact
I've tried a few times recently, but always been met with:
Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
Wondering if, with the changes in the websites this year, if this option (despite still being available on the site) has been disabled?
