The 2pc official doesn't re-do everything that the CO has already done - s/he won't e.g. write to ask an employer to tell INZ all over again the same things about the applicant's work experience that they already told the CO - but s/he will look attentively at every question that has been asked and the reply that has been received. From time to time on the forum, we hear how someone who knows their case has gone to 2pc then gets an email from their CO requiring extra evidence on some topic: this is when the 2pc official has sent the case back, wanting some point to be more fully proved.

No, we only delete threads for a solid reason - for instance, if someone has unthinkingly put personal information on them, that they would rather not have on public view, or if someone has offended against forum rules.
