Default Sent my IQA 4 weeks ago, need to have it ASAP - Is it worth paying a fast-track fee?

Sent my IQA for my Bachelors degree about 4 weeks ago
I need to have it ASAP as I have gotten a new job offer and, they're kee on having me ASAP
Is it worth paying a fast-track fee 4 weeks in? Would it make any difference in processing times?

Thanks for any and all your help.

Hi can you update what happend for yur application?
can one lodge the ITA without IQA report? I have submitted mine and spouse but it IQA not ready yet. ( I have Pre assessment thought)

These applications were sent through as standard applications, meaning they will take 25 working days to complete. They are both currently around 10 working days in the process. my deadline is in 4 days.

What are my chances? Should go ahead and apply or it is not going to be complete because this delay?
