    Hello guys!
    My little sister had finished faculty of arts( 4 years) bachelor,specialization English language,May 2000,Romania.
    And in 2009 she had finished faculty of pharmacy too and now she's working now as pharmacist.she wants to immigrate to New Zealand with her family.
    MY QUESTION IS :
    Can she use her previous university English language certificate instead of IELTS?!
    Is it work?!
    Or she has to get exam IELTS?!
