Do I need to inform Immigration NZ about the job offer before 1st arrival
Hi All,
I got my residency approved over 6 months ago and it was without a job offer. Now finally I have a job offer and I will be moving to NZ in the next month.
Do I need to inform Immigration New Zealand about this change in my employment since there is a statement in the approval letter which states the following;
"
Before your first travel to NZ you must tell us about the changes to your circumstances that may affect a decision to grant you entry permission in reliance on your resident visa,including;
1. changes to your business or employment
"
Is this a generic statement or do I have to take any action?
Thanks!
