    Default SMC residence visa

    Hi everyone! My SMC residence visa application is ongoing processing. My CO said she already done initial assessment and asked me to provide IRD and new COE because my previous coe states August 2015 to June 2016. But it should be Aug 2015 to May 2016. Now, im feeling nervous if they going to call my previous employer or will just focus on my current employer. My previous manager was not supportive so Im worried about the assessment.

    Can you refer her to your former employer in person, or the HR department, or a colleague who worked alongside you, rather than the manager?

    Do they sometimes do not call your past employers if they are satisfied with the documents you provided?
