    Default Citizenship question

My family and I have our citizenship appt next week and asks for all traffic infringements to be declared with a separate letter/ Hubby has 2 speeding tickets over 6 yrs which have been paid immediately. Do we declare these?

If they specifically say 'infringements', then yes, I think so - tickets for fines issued by police officers at the side of the road are infringements. Advice from INZ and LIAs has always been that on INZ forms these should be declared where it asks about convictions (where someone has gone to court), as, 'Paid infringements only.'

Is declaring Traffic Infringements for Citizenship a recent change?

I just applied last week, can't recall it asking about speeding fines etc
Are you using the new application form? It's a new one since August?
(I do recall saying yes to drivers licence and submitting the licence number etc)

Yeah checked form last night again, question asks for "convictions". A speeding fine or paid infringement is just that.
