Default AIP Letter with no Levy Fee and also my new born not included.

    Hi guys,

    Need some help.

Today, i received my AIP Email which does not include immigration Levy Fee. Originally, me and my wife were included in the application, but later, i provided all required documents of my newborn baby girl (She was born after i submitted to ITA).

What should i do know, i believe, my baby girl should have been included as all required documents were provided to the case officer which include ( Passport, birth certificate, medical etc).

    Any suggestions

    http://glossary.immigration.govt.nz/migrantlevy.htm No more migrant levy.

    For the rest, contact INZ.

Thanks a lot for clarification about the Levy fee.

Regarding my new born, I sent Email to my case officer and attached AIP letter which does not include my baby girl's name.

I don't know why this happened as all required documents I provided to CO.
Now, will they revise my AIP Email/Letter or my baby will not be included in the AIP letter? Any one from the forum experienced this?

I think immigration New Zealand already explained that if any circumstances change between your smc resident visa processing, you need to inform to the immigration. So I think you need to contact to immigration New Zealand they will let you know what exactly the appropriate solution for you in your case

I think you need to any lawyer regarding your situation because you didn't inform immigration New Zealand. You shouldn't contact immigration New Zealand straight away that's what I am thinking. You should better need to contact any lawyer

There have been many people on the forum who added a newborn's name to their Residence application any time between ITA and approval, and even after approval before the visas were placed in passports. Just wait till you get a reply. Adding the baby is not at all unusual.

    Hi Jad,

Thanks my baby has been added by CO as he sent one Email just saying " Baby Added, send passport" :O

Since there is no Levy fee, so I can not add return courier fee, so I will send passports with Return Courier bag, I believe?

I am planning to courier our passports for visa pasting to London office as advised in my AIP email, since there is no Levy fee (in the same fee we include courier return fee). How they will return passports? I checked from my local DHL office, they informed me that I can only arrange my courier pick up from there London office since there is no facility to include courier return envelop.

should I arrange courier pickup from London office, is this the correct way?

I will appreciate your help again.
