    Default Speeding ticket

My husband is about to file for his permanent residency but last week he was caught by the police for speeding in a 50km zone. In total he has 65 demerit points (he sped for 3rd time), does he need to declare in the form?

The question in the form is: charged with, convicted of, investigated for any committed offences including driving and traffic offence.

    Thank you.

From what I have seen on this forum and from personal experience these are infringements, not convictions, but most people including myself tick no but put paid infringements only.

    Hi
Are you saying 1 or 2 Speeding ticket (infringements) will lead to a problem ? Can you please advise based on what you are saying this?
