    Default Student Visa

    Good day

I wonder if someone can assist. If you come over to NZ on a Student Visa(Bachelors Degree in Information Technology) and after six months are credited with credits due to previous qualifications, can you finish studying sooner and still qualify for your study to work visa later on?

Or do you have to make sure you study for the full three years?

    TIA

I haven't seen this situation on our threads. You probably need to check with INZ, or your university's foreign student liaison officer may know.

    Hi
My friend is experiencing same problem...
He has been advised by INZ that u need to finish ur studies(as per visa condition).
Doesnt matter how long u take?
For instance, if u hav condition on ir visa that u hv to complete bachelors degree from xyz uni....
Then u hv to complete that course frm uni and aftr getting completion lettrr, u r eligible to post study work visa
