    Default essential skill visa issue

    i have a problem with advertisement that INz said employer not genius and another issue is they required my ird summary and my statement. I dont kno why immigration need my ird and statement. im on interim visa. if my visa declined can i apply section 61?

    I don't think that can be quite the words used. Can you quote their words?

    INZ ask for your tax and financial records to make certain that you have been being paid what you and the employer told them. They can't just take your word for it.

    "Genuine " sorry for using wrong word as they didnt believe employer intend to did advertise to Nz citizen before offer me a job

    When you got the last message from INZ saying they thought your employer did not advertise properly, was it a Potentially Prejudicial Information email?
