    Angry Cannot get hold of CO

    Hi, I have been trying since 4 days to reach out my case officer. Every time I ring him it straight goes on voice mail. Does it mean that he is on leave or holidays?

    Try it. I don't know if they'd be allowed to tell you, if the CO himself didn't let you know, or leave a message on his voicemail.
