Hi all,

I'm applying for a work visa sponsored by my partner. I have been reading some posts and people getting declined which is making me a bit anxious.
I am applying without immigration advise, therefore wanted to check if everything I got is enough or if it is recommended to add more things.

I am from Chile, been in NZ for almost 5 years as a student. Partner is NZ born citizen. We been together 2.5 years, living together about 2 or more.

We have evidence (joint tenancy agreements, regular bank transfers, shared bills and letters) of us living together since Jan 2016.

Evidence from previous years is a bit more sketchy as I was the only one on the bills and tenancy agreement. We have a letter from our previous property manager saying he knew we lived together. Also regular bank transfers, receipts of online orders but no bills, and letters from flatmates.

We are also handing in:

- 5 letters from friends and family from both sides
- photos
- Facebook chats
- Joint bank account (only a couple of months old)
- Flights and holidays together (mostly from late last year and early this year)

Would you recommend getting:
- Telephone records ( he has had 3 different numbers, therefore might look weird?)
- Does paperwork need to be signed by JP

Would this be enough proof for a 2y work visa?

Thanks!
