How much saving you have been saved up before migrate to NZ?

I and my spouse will be migrating to NZ soon.

Been researching on this and I read on of some forums that said it depends on your life style, but I would like to gather info (more like statistics), on your personal experience when you first migrated to NZ, how much savings did you bring over? (In USD)

Hi for 4 years in New Zealand I spent around 300000nzd on everything include education. But its was my lifestyle traveling etc, and I did not do part time job..... however some pole can spent per year 10-12 thousand ...... if they have job part time

For 4 years living in NZ I spend around NZD 350 000 for tertiary education and daily expenses. I doesnt work for the first 3 years because I spend most of the time travelling around the country... Then the 4th year I started to work, and I only spent less than 10k on that year ( I stay with my bf and his aunt, so I only paid $50/ week for the boarding fee).
