Managing the used car dealership for cars imported from japan.
Including compliance, getting them panel beating, then getting them ready and then advertise them and finally sell it to customer and later on customer service

How many staff do you manage? Hire and Fire? set standards? train? Do you set policies and practices or just follow them?
Are you a manager or a salesperson???

There might be a greater question as to whether you are in skilled employment.

    In particular:

MANAGERS plan, organise, direct, control, coordinate and review the operations of government, commercial, agricultural, industrial, non-profit and other organisations, and departments by:

setting the overall direction and objectives of organisations and departments within organisations
formulating, administering and reviewing policy and legislation to ensure organisational and departmental objectives are met
directing and coordinating the allocation of assets and resources
directing, controlling and coordinating the activities of organisations and departments, either personally or through senior subordinate staff
monitoring and evaluating overall organisational and departmental performance, and adjusting policies, rules and regulations to ensure objectives are met
representing the organisation at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility

You might be considered a Retail Manager (General) 142111 if you

Organise and control the operations of a retail trading establishment, by

determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
    undertaking budgeting for the establishment
controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulation

Sometimes. INZ has very wide powers, and they can interview anyone almost anywhere if that appears to them the best way to discover the truth about some point in a case that is being processed.
