    Default Passport Requested

    I applied for residency through partnership in July 11 this year and am still waiting on a decision. However I was asked for more evidence a month ago which I have sent in, and more recently a request for my passport again which was sent over a week ago but I haven't heard anything since.

    I'm not sure if I'm just getting ahead of myself but is the passport request a positive sign it could be approved soon? Website has always just said PENDING

    a request for passport would normally be preceded by receiving an approval in principal, if the application had been approved. More likely there will be seeking to verify information from the passport.
